Vivienne has over 20 years experience as an urban planning consultant, senior manager in State and local government, and as a management consultant. Her planning experience covers a broad range of complex urban, regional and coastal projects in the public and private sectors. She has particular expertise in the residential, industrial, health and commercial sectors.
Highly experienced in complex multidisciplinary projects, Vivienne has directed numerous significant urban and environmental planning projects including master planning, rezoning, Part 3A projects and precinct plans, as well as major development applications and environmental impact assessments. At the level of strategic advice, her expertise includes feasibility studies, due diligence investigations and development contributions plans. In local government, she managed the development and implementation of a number of significant public domain improvement projects as well as major reforms in strategic land use planning.
Prior to joining JBA in 2004, Vivienne was a Principal Consultant with SMEC Australia, Manager Planning Resources at Parramatta City Council, a Director in the NSW Premier’s Department and a manager in Coopers & Lybrand’s management consulting practice.
