Terry joined JBA as a Partner in May 2007 following the merger of JBA with Terry’s firm - TCW Consulting of Wollongong. Terry has 25 years experience providing a range of specialist town planning and property valuation services.

Terry has been actively involved in both local government and private business management for many years. This experience assists him in resolving complicated and contentious issues at the highest levels. Terry’s ‘hands on’ participation in all phases of project work ensures difficult and time consuming tasks are expedited with minimum delay and with many regulatory and contract obstacles being handled as they arise.

Terry is based in the Wollongong office and has an in-depth local knowledge within the Illawarra and South Coast region, being Past President of the Wollongong Chamber of Commerce, President of the Illawarra Business Chamber and a member of the Central Wollongong Planning Committee (Wollongong City Council). Terry is also a member of the Australian Property Institute (API), Planning Institute of Australia (PIA), the Wollongong Council Economic Development Reference Group, and the Wollongong Exchange. He is Councillor with Australian
Business Ltd and a Committee Member for the Illawarra Chapter of Australian Property Council.
