Tim has over 7 years of planning and environmental assessment experience across a broad range of infrastructure and industrial development projects. Prior to joining JBA Planning, Tim was a senior environmental consultant at Arup and an environmental planner at the NSW Department of Planning.

At the Department of Planning, Tim undertook environmental planning and development assessment for State Significant industrial and manufacturing developments, including pre-planning, consultation with local communities, councils and Government agencies and post-consent compliance activities.

While at Arup, Tim consolidated his industrial assessment experience, while also supporting Arup’s infrastructure projects, including a major upgrade of the Pacific Highway in NSW. From Arup’s London office, Tim carried out environmental planning work on UK infrastructure and industrial projects, including the new London ‘Crossrail’ railway project.
