DA for a 350 unit facility with a capacity for 600 beds, plus student amenity areas, cafe restaurant and bar. On the grounds of the proposed low room rental rates and the provision of a significant number of on-site publicly-accessible facilities, JBA was able to negotiate a significant concession on Section 94 contributions on behalf of the University. The project was recognised at the 2003 NSW UDIA awards.
