After a number of years as one
of Sydney CBD’s ‘holes in the ground’,
the former Regent Theatre site will feature 2 towers
of 30 and 42 storeys comprising some 450 apartments,
140 serviced apartments over retail and commercial
floor space. Designed by Foster and Partners, this
development is currently under construction.
