Conversion of the former Landmark
Park Royal Hotel to some 200 apartments, retail
and commercial floorspace. The facade of the building
was completely redesigned and the project delivered
streetscape improvements to Macleay Street.
The project received the "Urban Renewal Award"
at the 2004 NSW UDIA Awards.
