Tumut Housing Strategy |

A housing strategy in response
to Tumut Shire Council’s growing concerns
regarding dwindling housing stock and residential
land in the Shire. In response the strategy reviewed
local population and economic trends, the land and
housing market and reviewed issues associated with
the provision of housing and land. The strategy
recommended approaches to theses issues and developed
an action plan to provide the Council with indicative
timing for implementation of the recommendations.
