City West Affordable Housing Strategy |

Pioneering work by
Vince Berkhout with Hill PDA, Land Economists, and
Glazebrook & Associates, to establish an affordable
housing framework, portfolio, and funding mechanisms
for the City West redevelopment area in inner Sydney.
Seed funding was obtained from the Federal Government
to commence the program. Implementation has led
to over 250 dwellings under the management of City
West Housing Ltd.
