The redevelopment
of the former Defence site immediately to the north
of Penrith Rail Station involves a mixed use development
of residential, retail/ commercial and employment.
JBA was commissioned to prepare a Section 94 Contributions
Plan to cover those items the responsibility of
Penrith Council.
