A review of a range
of Section 94 Contributions Plans throughout the
inner ring, middle ring and outer areas of Sydney
to track the growth in the scope of Council’s
development contributions plans, and their costs.
The findings were incorporated into a submission
made by the Property Council to the Review taskforce.
