JBA successfully
negotiated the rezoning of Boral’s 102ha former
Moorebank Brickworks site and part of the New Brighton
Golf Course site for residential and environmental
protection / open space. JBA & Oculus prepared
a Structure Plan (for approximately 1,000 dwellings)
and a Development Control Plan for the site.
