A rezoning / master
planning process for the 50ha Carter Street industrial
precinct adjacent to Sydney Olympic Park. JBA was
part of the Precinct Reference Group representing
the landowners’ interests through various
phases of the project.
The precinct was successfully rezoned in 2003 as
the ‘Carter Street High Technology Enterprise
Zone’ allowing the transformation of a run
down industrial area into major business park.
