In support of a rezoning
submission to Holroyd Council, JBA prepared development
concepts for this parcel of surplus government land
situated on the outskirts of Parramatta. The preferred
concept involved a small cluster of townhouses designed
to maximise the site attributes. Three dimensional
massing drawings were used to demonstrate visual
and shadow impacts resulting from development of
the site.
