Moorebank Defence Lands |

A land use planning
and urban design input into a broad masterplan for
a 550ha Defence site at Moorebank. The site is envisaged
to comprise a major new business park, higher education
campus, residential areas and significant open space
and environmental protection areas. JBA prepared
design concepts for a transit oriented development
based around a potential new rail station on the
East Hills rail line.
