Preparation of a
submission to amend Warringah LEP to allow a section
of abandoned arterial road corridor to be developed
for residential use and public open space whilst
preserving a 1.1km fauna movement corridor. The
submission included a Master plan to guide future
development as well as indicative lot layouts and
dwelling and fencing design guidelines.
