The redevelopment
of the former Resches Brewery site into a 600 unit
residential community comprising a 20-storey tower
and various smaller buildings, retail shops, and
community and recreation facilities. The project
is generally recognised as a model for residential
amenity in higher density housing.
The project received the 1998 UDIA Urban Redevelopment Award and the 1999 RAIA President's Award.
