The former Dulux
waterfront site on the Parramatta River has been
redeveloped for some 280 new homes including dwelling
houses, townhouses, terraces and apartments and
ranging in height from 2 to 8 storeys. The project
has also included the adaptive reuse of 2 existing
heritage items (Correys House and Strathroy).
The development received both the 2003 UDIA NSW
Award for Small Residential Projects and the 2005
UDIA NSW Award for Masterplanned Residential Lifestyle
Developments.
