The Waterfront, Homebush Bay |

Staged residential,
mixed use development comprising some 1,260 waterfront
dwellings and apartments, non-residential uses,
community facilities, a public piazza and new roads.
The project was featured in the recent “Improving
Flat Design: a progress report” publication
prepared by UDAS as part of the SEPP 65 Design Quality
Program.
