The statutory planning system in
NSW can often be complex with a multitude of planning legalisation
and instruments applying to any one site or project.
JBA has specific expertise in the application of the Environmental
Planning and Assessment Act and Regulations and the various
subsidiary environmental planning instruments including: State
Environmental Planning Policies (SEPPs), Regional Environmental
Plan (REPs), Local Environmental Plans (LEPs) and Development
Control Plans (DCPs).
A key element of our work is providing statutory planning
advice for a site or specific project. This ranges from identifying
applicable planning controls through to detailed development
approval strategies for complex development proposals.
