Senior JBA consultants regularly
provide expert advice to applicants and Councils about the planning
merits of matters under appeal. This can include the preparation
of Statements of Evidence and giving expert testimony in Court.
We are also experienced in delivering submissions to public
hearings and inquiries and representing clients at mediation
conferences.
When planners at JBA prepare Statements of Evidence to the Land
and Environment or other Courts, these statements are prepared
in accordance with the Court's Practice Direction for witnesses. |
