The State's coastal zone is characterised by
rapid population growth in an often sensitive natural environment.
It is an area with a complex planning and regulatory framework
that has to be understood if projects are to be successful.
JBA Coastal is a new service of JBA specialising in coastal
planning and development in regional NSW. It builds on our successful
record of achievement in coastal projects over the years.
We have a very solid understanding of the principal policy drivers
for planning and development in the coastal zone, including
SEPP 71 - Coastal Protection and the NSW Coastal Policy.
We are committed to a sustainability ethos that ensures coastal
developments are balanced and fit into the environment - while
ensuring commercial viability.
Our services range from master planning of coastal greenfields
sites and redundant industrial sites, to environmental studies
and plans for entire coastal local government areas. |
